Route availability depends on the destination, product restrictions and shipment details. We confirm the available options for your order; transit estimates are provided with the quote.

What makes up your order cost?
A useful quote separates the product purchase from service and transport costs. Ask which charges are included at both ends of the route.

- Transport from each supplier to the receiving warehouse in China.
- Purchasing & warehouse services
- The agreed purchasing, receiving, inspection, storage and packing services.
- International freight
- The selected route, measured cartons and carrier chargeable weight or volume.
- Destination charges
- Applicable duties, taxes, customs clearance and local delivery. Inclusion must be confirmed in the quote.

Before goods are packed, freight is an estimate. Final charges should be checked against the actual carton measurements and the confirmed route.
Shipping questions
Can you combine orders from different suppliers?
Consolidation can be arranged when the goods and selected shipping route allow it. Send the supplier list so receiving, storage and packing can be included in your quote.
Why can a light shipment cost more than expected?
Carriers may charge using dimensional weight when cartons take up a large amount of space. The calculation depends on the route and carrier. Repacking may help, subject to product protection and your packaging requirements.
Are import duties and taxes included?
Only where expressly stated in the quote. Confirm the trade terms, who handles customs and which destination charges you are responsible for before approving shipment.
Can you ship batteries or liquids?
Availability depends on the product, packaging, documents and destination. Declare these contents before purchasing so the team can check a suitable route.
