Freight is an estimate. The final amount depends on the actual packed carton measurements and the confirmed route.
Six components of a transparent quote
Product cost, service fees and freight are listed separately. Confirm which destination charges are included before payment.
- 1. Product purchase
- The supplier price for the confirmed specification, options and quantity.
- 2. Domestic freight
- Transport from each supplier to the receiving warehouse in China.
- 3. Purchasing and warehouse service
- The agreed work for sourcing, purchasing, receiving, storage and coordination.
- 4. Inspection and packing
- The confirmed check scope, repacking, labelling and consolidation work.
- 5. International freight
- The selected route and carrier charge based on actual chargeable weight or volume.
- 6. Destination charges
- Customs clearance, duties, taxes and local delivery, clearly marked as included or excluded.
For goods you bought yourself, the supplier purchase remains separate; ask for receiving, checking and forwarding only.
Service fee guide
Full-process commission is calculated on the order’s FOB value. Service fees are shown separately from the factory price and third-party costs. Confirm the scope and final amount in the written quote.
- Regular orders · US$10,000–50,000 FOB
- 7% of the order’s FOB value
For agreed full-process sourcing, factory verification, order follow-up, pre-shipment inspection and logistics coordination. - Large, long-term repeat orders
- 5% of the order’s FOB value
For eligible large repeat orders with an agreed ongoing service scope, confirmed in writing. - Small trial orders
- Approximately US$500 minimum per order
A minimum service fee may apply. Confirm the amount and included work before purchase. - Factory verification
- US$500 per factory
Qualification review and on-site photo evidence within the agreed verification scope. - Pre-shipment inspection
- US$600 per batch
Inspection and a report using the AQL sampling plan and acceptance criteria agreed for the product. - Supplier shortlist recommendation
- US$250 per product category
A standalone supplier shortlist recommendation for the agreed product brief.
Samples, official testing, freight, customs clearance and other third-party charges are separate and reimbursed at actual cost without markup. Confirm currency, inclusions, exclusions and any overlap with the full-process service before payment.
What to send for a freight quote
- Destination country, city and postal code.
- 1688 links or clear product descriptions for every item.
- Quantity for each product or customer order.
- Known carton count, packed weight and dimensions.
- Whether the goods contain batteries, liquids or powders.
- Your required delivery date or schedule preference.
We can discuss an early estimate before the goods arrive. The final charge is checked against actual packed measurements and the route you approve.
Shipping questions
Can you combine orders from different 1688 shops?
Yes, where the goods and route allow it. Send the supplier list and parcel references. We agree which orders to combine, what packaging to keep and any storage or repacking charges.
Can you forward goods I bought myself?
Yes, subject to the products and route. Ask for receiving instructions before sending parcels and include supplier order references.
Can you ship separate parcels to my customers?
We can arrange customer-order dispatch with you. Send each product, quantity and destination so packing and freight can be quoted.
Are duties and taxes included?
Only when the quote says so. Confirm customs handling and destination charges before approving shipment.
Can you ship batteries or liquids?
The route depends on the product, packaging, documents and destination. Tell us about these contents before purchasing so the options can be checked.
