Scope of the service
CNB2BGO provides purchasing coordination for business buyers sourcing from 1688 and other Chinese suppliers. Depending on the agreed brief, we can coordinate supplier contact, product and price confirmation, receiving, agreed checks, consolidation, packing and forwarding.
We confirm the service scope and estimated charges with you before an order is placed. A quote is based on the product links, quantities, options, destination and information available at the time.
Supplier products and approval
You approve the products, options, quantities and supplier costs before we place a purchase. Supplier listings can change and the supplier controls its own stock, specifications, minimum quantities, warranties and return conditions.
We report issues found within the checks agreed in the quote. Functional testing, certification, laboratory work and specialist inspections require a separate arrangement.
Payments and separate costs
Product costs, domestic delivery in China, service charges, inspection or packing charges, international freight and destination charges are separate unless your written quote says otherwise. Payment timing and the currency used are confirmed for each order.
Bank fees, duties, taxes, customs clearance, storage, re-delivery and other third-party charges may be payable by the buyer when applicable.
Shipping and customer dispatch
We can arrange a combined shipment or separate customer parcels where the products, route and packing plan allow. Transit estimates depend on the carrier and route. You provide accurate delivery and customs information and remain responsible for charges due in the destination country.
Customer-order dispatch is arranged directly with the team. It is not an automatic connection to an online store unless we agree a separate written process.
Changes, returns and communication
Tell us promptly if a supplier issue, quantity change or delivery change affects the order. Supplier returns or replacements depend on the supplier’s terms, evidence and available route. We will explain the available options before taking the next step.
