Product searches and supplier links
When you search by keyword or request a product’s details, your browser sends the search text or product reference to this website’s server. The server sends the keyword or extracted product ID, together with language and pagination settings where needed, to the 1688 data service at taobao-api.10lab.net.
This integration does not send your company name, enquiry form details, selected photos or WhatsApp messages to the product data service. API credentials are used by the server and are not included in the page.
Temporary product data and request protection
Successful product responses are temporarily cached for approximately ten minutes to avoid repeated requests. Short-lived request counters use a protected hash derived from your IP address to limit excessive use. These counters are separate from enquiry details.
As with other websites, the hosting environment may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and timestamps in access or security logs.
Photos you select
The photo enquiry feature creates a preview on your device. Selecting a photo does not upload it to this website or the product data service, and does not automatically attach it to a WhatsApp conversation.
If you want to send the photo to our team, attach it yourself in WhatsApp after the chat opens. You can remove the preview before leaving the page.
Enquiry forms and WhatsApp
The buying brief is assembled in your browser. This form does not submit a lead to a website database or email system.
When you choose “Continue on WhatsApp” or another consultation link, the relevant text is included in a WhatsApp link. Opening that link shares the draft text with WhatsApp so it can prepare the conversation. You decide whether to send the message to our team.
WhatsApp processes activity under its own terms and privacy policy. Information you send to our team is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested sourcing services. Avoid including passwords, payment card details or unnecessary personal information.
External images and links
Product images may be loaded from external image hosts provided by the supplier data service. These hosts receive the technical information needed to deliver an image, such as your IP address. Visiting supplier or WhatsApp links takes you to services with their own privacy practices.
Cookies and browser storage
The product search, local photo preview and buying brief do not require an advertising cookie or a customer account. WordPress may use necessary cookies for administrative login or other enabled site functions.
Questions about information you have shared
Contact our team through the contact page if you need to discuss, correct or request deletion of information you have sent in a business enquiry. Include enough context to identify the conversation, without sending sensitive account details.
