Who is CNB2BGO for?
Our service is for business buyers: wholesalers, retailers, online sellers, brands and buying teams sourcing products from China. Tell us your order size and requirements so we can confirm whether the service fits your purchase.
How do I request a quote?
Send product links or specifications, the quantity for each variation, your delivery destination and any inspection or packaging requirements. The quote form prepares these details as a WhatsApp message for you to review and send.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the supplier, product and selected variation. Sample or custom orders can have different terms. Any minimum order or service charge should be confirmed in your quote before purchasing.
Can I send a photo instead of a product link?
Yes. Use the photo enquiry option or contact the sourcing team on WhatsApp. The website can preview your selected image locally; you need to attach the photo yourself after WhatsApp opens. Automatic image search is not currently available.

Can you purchase from 1688 and Taobao?
You can send 1688 or Taobao supplier links for review. We confirm the product, supplier terms and purchase requirements before proceeding. The product search on this website currently retrieves 1688 listings.
Where does the product search information come from?
Search results and product details are retrieved through a third-party 1688 data service. Listings may be translated, delayed or incomplete. Treat the information as a reference; availability, specifications and order terms need supplier confirmation.
Does the displayed product price include all costs?
No. A listed price is a supplier reference and may depend on quantity or the selected option. China delivery, purchasing and warehouse services, international freight and destination charges are separate unless your quote explicitly includes them. See shipping and costs.
What should I do if product search is unavailable?
Send the original product link or your requirements to the team on WhatsApp. Search depends on the external data service, and an unavailable result does not necessarily mean that the supplier has stopped selling the product.
Warehouse & shipping
What inspection is included?
The agreed quote defines the checks. These can include carton count, visible condition, product quantity and photos. Functional tests, specialist inspections or larger sampling scopes need to be discussed separately. Standard checks do not replace compliance testing.
Can you combine orders from several suppliers?
Yes, where the goods and shipping route allow consolidation. Tell us how many suppliers are involved, their expected dispatch dates and any packing requirements so receiving, storage and packing can be planned.
How are shipping costs and delivery times confirmed?
An initial estimate uses your product and destination details. Final freight is based on the selected route, packed dimensions, weight and any product restrictions. The quote states the estimated transit time and included charges.
What happens if goods arrive damaged or different from the order?
Issues found within the agreed receiving and inspection scope are reported for your review. Supplier returns, replacements or other remedies depend on the supplier’s terms and the evidence available. Discuss how to proceed before dispatching affected goods internationally.
